What's your hourly rate?
We do not have a set hourly rate.
For regular mows, we will have a set price that we have both agreed upon before we start work.
So whether the team completes the work in 1 hour or 5 hours, you will only be charged the original quoted amount.
For more-involved clean-ups, we quote based on the scope of the work for the initial clean-up, and then provide a separate quote for ongoing maintenance.
Do you do discounts for cash?
We pay our staff's wages and superannuation through legitimate means, so unfortunately we do not accept cash or provide discounts for cash.
We accept bank transfers.
Which areas do you service?
We're based in Glen Waverley and we service Melbourne's Inner East to South East.
If you're not sure, send us an enquiry anyway - we'll travel a little further for that 'perfect property'.
Do you quote from photos?
While photos help, we prefer to come to see your lawns in person.
This helps us gauge the condition of your soil and lawns to plan how to make your lawns look their best.
How do I prepare for you?
· Clean up any dog waste. If we see any, we will go around it.
· Make sure that there is clear access to the areas in which we'll be working.
· Ensure your hose is off the lawn.
· Clear any junk off the lawn - we will go around it.
Will you clean up after you're done?
Absolutely.
For grass-clippings and other green-waste, most customers are quite happy for us to use their council-distributed green-bins.
If there is no space in the green bin or you would like for us to take the green-waste away, there will most likely be an additional charge, depending on how much green-waste is to be removed.
What do I get if I refer someone to you?
If you refer someone who is added to our regular mowing cycle, after their 3rd mow, you will receive your next regular mow for free.
This is essentially unlimited, so go nuts!
